    1. No, i live a good simple life. Just because i cant have everything i want doesnt mean im in hell, like tf? Maybe you should try religion?

    2. Don’t forget buddy that we are all sitting on a giant mass of fire depending on another giant mass of fire to survive.

Brother you probably don’t even live in the nasty parts of this planet. People in some places don’t even have electricity for alarm clocks and they’re too fucking tired from work to be up in the middle of the night instead of sleeping.

How could you possibly know? What other planets have you been to bud? All I get from this is your ass is online too much and you likely haven’t been out of a city in ages. There’s so much beauty and good in this world but you choose to drown in social media bullshit. You make the world you live in

It’s a bad sub for this post, it seems. Try r/toomeirlformeirl. You’re definitely not the only one, I often think that too.

    6. Nah. Purgatory, maybe. But not hell.

The planet is actually kind of awesome. It’s the people living on it who make it suck. Remove everyone from your life who isn’t necessary, stop worrying about events outside your control/community, and I guarantee your outlook will improve.

It’s a matter of perspective. Some people are in hell, others are in heaven. Neither is incorrect

    8. Lmao there was this story about a saint that resurrected a dead man through reincarnation just because the children of the dead man didn’t believe he bought the land of the man. Dude got asked if he wanted to live on earth again and bro said hellnah, purgatory is better. It was sait. bishop Stanislaw

This planet makes me REALLY hope there is other intelligent life out there. And if there is – hopefully they are not as shitty as we can be.

    10. Medication can help. Talk to a doctor about it. I started taking it and the world literally became colorful. I had no idea my world was so grey. Depression is a sneaky sob.

Will medicine make the world a better place? No, but it can make dealing with it a little easier.

    11. The world was destroyed in late 1999 and we’re living in a simulation an alien race created to try to game out what would happen if we hadn’t blown the world to bits. They have the difficulty set to “Nightmare” and, yeah, here we are

It is but family and kind people we meet and get to know make it more livable make the world seem ok

    13. We’re transitioning from the “Demonizing America Relentlessly” phase of Reddit and entering into the “Uber-Nihilism” phase of Reddit

Im definitely starting to believe the jokes that we all experienced the rapture in 2020 but no one was taken so we didn’t notice, and are now in hell

    15. Yeah, and it seems like anything that seems like a good thing initially is also cursed

I honestly wonder if life is a test and we get to die when we pass it. Seems like the good ones are all gone

Maybe not a full Hell, but definitely a sort of Hell: Free Trial. Especially with all those goddamn heat waves all the time.

The Japanese had shitty iron, yet, through skill and hard work, they were able to make decent weapons out of it. Yes, I know, katana bad and longsword good, but that’s not the point. If you just sit on your shitty pile of iron mourning about how shitty it is, and how shitty others’ piles of iron are, it will stay as shitty iron. Heat up the forge and start smithing. Then you’ll be able to make something decent, or even good, out of it.

Yes, the world’s going to shit, but you can’t change it by mourning. But if you start by making something good out of your life, other people will see that you’re having it better, and they’ll start making something good out of their lives too. And at this point, you’ll be able to make happen the change the people in power refuse to make happen. The world won’t look that much like hell anymore.

I wouldn’t say hell but more purgatory. It’s all shit but it’s sprinkled with a light hope to keep you going just enough for the misery to hit harder.
